You agree to use our website and physical studio facilities only for lawful purposes. You must not use our soundstages, broadcast equipment, or network feeds to transmit illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.
All bookings for physical soundstages, post-production edit bays, and satellite uplinks require a signed production contract and deposit. Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing within the timeframes outlined in your specific agreement.
Royal Bridge owns all structural designs, studio acoustics blueprints, proprietary software, and original visual elements on this website. Clients retain all copyright and intellectual property rights for content produced on our sets, subject to full payment of outstanding balances.
We make every effort to maintain continuous, stable power supply and high-speed network connections. However, Royal Bridge is not liable for indirect or accidental losses resulting from power outages, atmospheric conditions, or transmission failures outside our direct control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Bridge (Pty) Ltd, its directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or legal costs resulting from your violation of these terms or copyright infringement in your production content.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any legal disputes arising from your use of our services will be settled in the competent courts of Johannesburg.
